On Monday (04/25/2016) afternoon, North Jakarta Mayor Rustam Effendi sent a letter of resignation to the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) suddenly.
The resignation letter is a continuation of the feud Rustam with Jakarta Governor Basuki Tjahaja Purnama becoming heated.
