An Egyptian citizen named Mustafa hijack Egypt Air MS181 domestic flights that carry 62 people, including eight Britons and 10 Americans shortly after takeoff from Cairo.
Negotiations with the pirates resulted in the release of most of the hostages unless the crew and four foreigners, including Innes.
After negotiating for 6 hours, the crew along Innes and two other foreign nationals removed before the hijackers surrendered.
