Rustam Effendi Resigns as Mayor of North Jakarta
North Jakarta Mayor Rustam Effendi reportedly has just submitted his resignation from his post. He referred to already penguduran her petition to the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) DKI Jakarta.
BKD head Agus Suradika confirmed the news. However, he said that Rustam did not mention the reason for his resignation.
"BKD already received a copy. Just not known why, so backwards it," said Agus when contacted on Monday (04/25/2016) night.
According to Agus, the submission of a letter of resignation Rustam has been submitted to the Governor Basuki Tjahaja Purnama. His decision will be pending approval Basuki.
"Just wait for the approval of the governor how," said Agus.
Last weekend Rustam wrote an open complaint on Facebook about the leadership style Basuki.
His complaint came after Basuki or Ahok call Rustam conspire with one prospective candidate for governor of Jakarta, which Yusril Ihza Mahendra.
